During the enrolment process, you will need to provide a copy of the students birth certificate, visa (if student was born overseas) and a copy of the Parent/Guardian’s Medicare or Private Health Care Card.

You will need to provide two documents showing proof of residence – e.g contract of sale, copy of lease, electricity/gas bill or current rates notice – please attach these below.
