The Accelerated Learning Program at Bellarine Secondary College is one of only 35 accredited programs in Victoria. The program allows students to progress through their secondary education, particularly Years 7-10, at a faster rate. There is a greater emphasis on higher order thinking, learning skills, independent learning and research. The course content of a typical Year 7-10 program is completed more rapidly, without omitting anything. The accelerated program contains less repetition than the mainstream program.
