New Canteen Provider 2026
Our School Council has approved a new model for our school canteen, which will now be operated by Eureka Hospitality across both campuses.
New canteen operator
- Eureka Hospitality was the successful provider through our recent Expression of Interest process and has been working over the holidays to set up our new canteen service.
- The canteen will be operational from Thursday 29 January, at both the Drysdale and Ocean Grove campuses.
- They will begin with a soft launch and a limited menu while they get to know our school community and its preferences, with the menu to be expanded over the coming weeks.
- Some of the items on the limited menu may include: hot toasties, salad, wraps, focaccias, pizza, nachos, fruit and yoghurt and more.
Online ordering with Flexi Schools
- With the new canteen, we are introducing online lunch ordering via the Flexi Schools app.
- We are currently onboarding to the system and inviting families who wish to use online ordering to set up a Flexi Schools account using the attached step-by-step instructions.
- We will notify families as soon as online orders can be placed; until then, the canteen will operate with over-the-counter service only.
How the menu was developed
- Over the last few years, we have reviewed our canteen and gathered feedback from students, parents and staff about what they would like to see offered. This feedback has been used to inform and shape the new canteen service and its menu.
